TERMS and CONDITIONS

Review the following terms before proceeding with your order. You agree to be bound by these terms when ordering from this site.

1. Service Description
Gallery.gr provides all the services needed for the acquisition of the paintings, which are displayed in its gallery. These services include buying online, via mail, fax or phone, purchase confirmation, choice of payment terms, proper packaging, direct shipment from the gallery to your house, art insurance, a dispatch receipt and a certificate of authenticity which will accompany your piece of art.

2. Order 
The amount of purchase which is registered in this site does include 24% V.A.T., but doesn't include customs charges or other taxes that may occur. Shipment and insurance are charged extra. The prices are listed below or you can find them in detail in the receipt of your purchase. Gallery.gr isn't responsible for anything that may happen beyond its control such as loss, delayed orders, or disruption of phone, electricity, network, hardware, software or other systems. 

3. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation note, which will confirm not only your purchase but also the availability of the paintings you have ordered within 72 hours from your order. Gallery.gr isn't bound upon any orders until they become accepted by it. If the painting you want isn't available anymore, Gallery.gr isn't responsible for any kind of loss that may occur by the fact that it may not be able to complete your order. In your receipt, you will find the whole amount of purchase, including the fees and taxes that may occur. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail, fax or mail. We suggest you print this page and keep it as a record. Your order confirmation will be followed by an invoice, which is sent by mail and will be received within a week if you live in Europe or within two weeks if you live in the U.S.A., Canada or anywhere else in the world

4. Packaging 
Gallery.gr will insure the proper packaging of your paintings according to the international standards for art transportation. This includes packaging in special paper boxes. 

5. Delivery 
Your paintings will be delivered after Gallery.gr receives payment in full. Delivery takes place within two to three weeks from the date of order confirmation. Delays due to strikes or other unforeseen circumstances are not included in the delivery period. 

6. Transportation costs 
The cost of transportation depends on the delivery address, which is indicated on the order form. For shipment in paper boxes, cost is set separately in the order form.

7. Payment 
The full payment can be done through bank deposit, or by credit card. Credit card payments are handled by EveryPay.

Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.

8. Proprietary Rights Protection 
Ownership: You will receive an ownership title as soon as Gallery.gr receives the full amount of payment. 

9. Usage Restrictions
The content of this website is copyrighted according to Greek Law and is protected by international law for copyrights and by international treaties for provisions. Any material from this site cannot be copied, distributed or transmitted in any way unless Gallery.gr permits it. Users of this site can download a copy of this material for personal use only, not commercial use, provided that they don't modify the material in any way or alter anything relevant to copyright and trademark agreements. The material of this site is provided only for legal uses. Gallery.gr and its artists possess all the titles and intellectual rights as far as the material of this site is concerned.

10. Liability Restrictions
Gallery.gr isn't responsible for errors in price or documentation. Gallery.gr also isn't responsible for technical mistakes of any kind either in hardware or in software, for problems in link or for incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions. Under no circumstances is Gallery.gr responsible for damages resulted from using the material of this site. Gallery.gr also provides links to other sites. However, Gallery.gr neither supports these sites nor is it responsible for their content or for any links contained in the linked site. 

11. Personal Information 
Gallery.gr adheres to the highest moral standards in gathering, using and protecting information about its clients. Gallery.gr does not rent, sell or exchange information about its clients.

12. Greek Law 
These terms are pursuant to Greek law and don't conflict with it. If any term is illegal or void, it will be crossed out and will not affect the other terms. Gallery.gr controls and manages this site from its headquarters in Heraklion, Crete, Greece. 

13. Court Of Jurisdiction 
Court of Jurisdiction is Heraklion, Crete, Greece.

14. Modifications Of Terms 
Gallery.gr maintains the right to modify these terms with respect to future orders. Using this site, you agree to be bound to these modifications. By continuing, you agree with the above terms when you order from this site.

Original Artwork Return Policy

In case the artwork you receive is not as described or you are not satisfied you must contact us within fourteen (14) days to inform us about your intent ro return the artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and its original or similar safe packaging to be eligible for a refund. The artwork must be shipped within three (3) days fron the day you contacted us. Unless you comply with the above procedure you may NOT be eligible for a refund.

If the artwork arrives damaged take photos of the artwork and damaged packaging, save the original packaging and contact us to discuss next steps.
