Aristodemus was born in Crete. He lives and works in Vorros, Heraklion. He studied the fresco technique at the Athens School of Fine Arts. In 1978 he was awarded the “Nikos Kazantzakis” prize by the Municipality of Heraklion.

To date he has held 23 solo exhibitions and participated in several group exhibitions.

Aristodimos remains a special case of a thinking artist who experiences with self-sufficiency the adventure of art in his village.
